A holiday course running from Monday morning until Friday afternoon, this is the ideal opportunity to learn, cook and eat wonderful food in a shorter space of time!

You will cook lots of interesting dishes in the Grange's uplifting environment, guided and encouraged by our experienced team of staff. It is ideal for those wanting an introduction to cooking really good food, or as a breath of fresh air, with new ideas and inspirations, for those slightly jaded by years of cooking for family and friends! It is a refresher using the creativity, and garden and farm fresh ingredients that we are lucky enough to relish!

 

On Food with Flair we cover many important techniques – including filleting fish, boning poultry and making bread every day. We gain inspiration from around the world and use local ingredients as well as those from further afield to make dishes that are fantastic when cooking for family and friends, or professionally. Immersed in a world of good food and wine at The Grange for five days, finishing with a wine tasting with our master of Wine, makes a stimulating and fun short break.
